Emmanuel Church is a not-for-profit organisation for religious purposes. We have a duty to look after all personal information that you give us.

We will keep or use personal information only:

1. with your consent, or,
2. because we are allowed to do so for any one or more of the following reasons:
   • we have regular contact with you;
   • you are a member or former member of the church; or
   • we have another legitimate reason to do so.
   • We will disclose it to a third party only with your consent or because we have a legal duty to do so.
   • At any time you may ask to see it and to have a copy.  We will correct or, subject to legal requirements, erase it if you so request.
