Men’s Groups

Emmanuel has five Men’s Groups for men from all walks of life and from any stage in life meeting together in an informal and relaxed manner, normally once a month in someone’s home, to enjoy food and fellowship.

Our groups are a real mix of men from different backgrounds, and they bring a great variety of topics to discuss and points of view to share as they aim to discover what God’s saying to us in the Bible.

We recently got together for a Beer & Skittles evening, which was a great success, and we enjoyed a passionate talk from Patrick Butler, our Curate.   With the winning team brushing aside the others with Frank, our Vicar (Divine Intervention?) at its head it was a fitting conclusion to a fun filled evening.

The groups continue month by month and we intend to do more combined events like skittles evenings in the near future.
